A two hour session the focus of getting your skill level to a 4.0.

1st hour: Drills specific to getting you to a 4.0 level. The key is to drill with intent and perfection. Let's develop good habits and practice effectively and efficiently.

2nd hour: Game play. This includes periodic feedback from the instructor, offering analysis on shot selection and execution, highlighting both correct decisions and areas for improvement.

• Advanced serving evolution.
• Advanced drop shots with both and under spin.
• Transition zone resetting and attacking focusing on 5th, 7th, and 9th drops.
• Offensive and defensive lob drills.
• Aggressive dinkng drills to put pressure on opponents at the net.
• Speed up drills plus counter. Learning the angles and anticipating counter location.
